view the details of any desired region of interest with significantly higher video

(VIE), which preserves video imagery features, and is also ready for low-cost
implementation and productization.
Precoad changes the current dynamics of video viewing by introducing its
enabling p-VideoTM system solution to “expand” any standard video format and
most proprietary ones, without changing the handset video decoder. This enables
VMG, video zoom and pan function, and CVLG to stream only the “need-to-see”
video source data from the video set top box, server, PC, or any other source --
based on viewers’ live requests -- efficiently and cost-effectively.
